Donohue Patrick PLLC, was originally founded on December 1, 2003 by James “Jim” Donohue and Kirk “Patrick” Patrick when they identified the need for a unique boutique insurance defense and commercial liability practice in Louisiana. On July 1, 2012, Keely Scott joined the firm to form Donohue, Patrick & Scott, PLLC.  The firm maintains a litigation based practice primarily through the representation of insurance and commercial entities. Donohue, Patrick & Scott, PLLC maintains a hands on approach to their clients’ litigation and business objectives. 

Donohue, Patrick & Scott PLLC, is a marriage of professionals with extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation and all aspects of litigation including, professional liability (including architect, engineer and design professional liability, medical malpractice, insurance agents and brokers, accountants, attorney malpractice etc.), general liability (first and third party personal and property claims), construction, insurance coverage, mass and environmental tort, maritime and energy, transportation and commercial defense litigation.
